Shipping policy

All purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS with the appropriate amount of insurance.
Pottery is fragile. I hope to have each item arrive intact to it's new home. I spend a great amount of thought and time in packing each piece. I charge for the cost of the shipping and insurance without charging you for the time spent packaging the purchase.
For international packages, all export and customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please open and inspect your item upon arrival, should anything arrive damaged please let me know ASAP and provide a photograph of the item and the packing materials for insurance purposes.
