Refund policy

Sarah Jane Pottery will gladly accept returns. For a return, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship all items back within 14 days of delivery. All return items need to be carefully packed, similar to the way you originally received the item. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, all items must be shipped via USPS Priority mail with the appropriate amount of insurance. Returns will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping to you.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
