Every Once & Found piece starts with a conversation. Tell me what you're looking for — a monogram for a wedding gift, your restaurant's logo on a set of vintage plates, a family initial on a piece that will be passed down — and I'll take it from there.

Here's how a custom order works:

1. You share your vision, timeline, and budget below.
2. I'll respond within 2 business days with a quote and any questions.
3. Once we agree on the design, you'll receive a digital proof before anything is fired.
4. After your approval, I source the perfect vintage piece (or pieces) and get to work.
5. Your finished order ships carefully packaged, nationwide, with a handwritten provenance card.

Standard turnaround: 2–3 weeks from design approval  ·  Rush orders (under 10 days) available for an additional fee  ·  Two design revisions included
